Note: This guide only applies to adding a credit or debit card. In order to manage your PayPal subscription, please refer to this guide.

To get started: Navigate to the Payment Methods area of the Client Area, or click here

How to add a new card

  1. Click "Add New Credit Card"
  2. Enter in the details of your card - we recommend setting a helpful description to easily identify your card
  3. Click "Save Changes"

How to modify a card

  1. Click "Edit" on the card you wish to edit
  2. Change whichever details you wish to modify - we recommend setting a helpful description to easily identify your card
  3. Click "Save Changes"

How to remove a card

  1. Click "Delete" on the card you wish to remove
  2. Carefully confirm if you wish to continue by selecting "Yes" to continue with the removal

How to set a default card

Note: Your card will automatically be marked as default if there aren't any others available. Only continue with this process if you have more than one card entered as a payment method.

  1. Click "Set as default" next to the card you wish to select as default
  2. Navigate to Account Details from the Client Area or click here
  3. Change the default payment method of your account to "Stripe (Credit/Debit Card)"
  4. Click "Save Changes"

Now all future invoices (unless otherwise configured) will be charged to your default card.
