Services are eligible for full or partial refund that meet the following prerequisites:

  • refund is requested within seven (7) days of the creation of the product;
  • refund requested is made with legitimate reasoning;
  • service is not a domain, cloud hosting, virtual private server (VPS), colocation, or dedicated server;
  • product or service is not paid using a promotional discount; or
  • product or service is not an upgrade.
