If you are looking to order a product that may be Out of Stock but want to reserve for when one becomes available, then we recommend taking the instructions below.
1. Go to https://modsol.co/support
2. Select Pre-Sales
3. Enter the Subject as "Product Reservation"
4. Type within the Body about the product and plan you want to reserve
5. Click Submit
This ticket will now be submitted to our Support Team who will let you know as soon as we have one available and we can offer it to you. Make sure to keep an eye on the ticket via the website in your Client Area (Must be registered) or by the email entered in the ticket submission.
We can only offer the plan you have reserved for a certain amount of time. If we do not receive an answer within the time provided we may offer it to another customer instead.
