Port forwarding is very common for hosting game servers or other services that interact with the internet. To port forward on your Windows VPS, please follow the steps below.
- Open the Windows Firewall with Advanced Security application that comes pre-installed on all Windows VPS'
2. Next, click on whether you want to create an Inbound or Outbound rule based on your desired service. After that, click on the "New Rule" button to begin the process
3. Once you click on the New Rule button, a the New Rule Wizard will open. Simply follow through the wizard with your desired port(s) and your port(s) will be opened!
